Loading from ROM

If you want to load an application from ROM you must build it as a stand-alone application and then program it into the Flash ROM with Sundance's SMT6001 utility.

Following reset, the root processor's bootloader  detect that it is to boot from the ROM and , in effect, construct a software comport link that  read the application data. Loading then proceeds as for Host Loading. Note that no load checking can be performed when loading from ROM (there is nowhere to report any error).
