Example: Interrupt-3

Interrupt-3 attaches a low-level handler to the timer 1 interrupt. This handler sets an event after alternating periods of 5 seconds and 1 second.

Please note that this example is processor-specific. It works unchanged on most C6000 processors but should not be used with the C6455.
