You must insert your Diamond protection key (dongle) into a free USB slot. This key controls the operation of the configurer depending on the type of licence you have purchased for Diamond.

If you continue to have problems with the key, please contact 3L quoting the dongle number. This can be found by running <3L>Diamond\bin\drivers\DDCHANGE.EXE.

Most Diamond licences allow the use of all product features, but some customers may have purchased a limited licence. There are also demonstration versions of Diamond that start by allowing all features but impose specific limits when the demonstration period has expired.

Please contact 3L quoting the dongle number if you believe you have purchased a licence for the features you are attempting to use. This can be found by running <3L>Diamond\bin\drivers\DDCHANGE.EXE.
