App2Coff is a utility that take a Diamond .app file and convert it into a single COFF .out file that can be used with Code Composer to load the application down a JTAG connection to the root processor of a network. When the root starts to execute, it loads the rest of the network over the interconnecting comports. This utility is intended for use only in exceptional circumstances; the Diamond server, WS3L, provides the preferred way of loading and executing applications.
