The IDE always creates a root processor for you when you create a project. To create new processors, simply right-click the project in the source view and select Create Processor.
This brings up the following dialog that allows you to choose the processor type.
As we haven't yet declared any FPGA processors, the Attaches to list is empty. The next topic shows how to create an FPGA.
